SMS campaign purpose
The Kairos SMS campaign is used to send appointment and service-related notifications to customers of participating automotive service businesses.
Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Service status updates
- Vehicle-ready notifications
- Post-service review requests
The campaign does not send unsolicited messages and does not send promotional or marketing content.
Online opt-in flow
End users opt in through the online booking flow used by participating automotive service businesses.
During booking, customers enter their phone number and are shown a clear SMS consent disclosure before completing the appointment request. Customers must explicitly consent by checking the SMS consent checkbox before any SMS message is sent.
The consent disclosure informs customers that:
- Message frequency varies
- Message and data rates may apply
- They can reply STOP to unsubscribe
- They can reply HELP for assistance
Consent is recorded before any SMS message is sent.
